Sales Development Representative

About the role

We're hiring a Sales Development Representative to run outbound prospecting for an international client. You'll own top-of-funnel activity — cold calls, email and LinkedIn outreach — and book qualified meetings for the closing team.

Responsibilities

- Make outbound cold calls to prospects in the client's target market - Run email and LinkedIn outreach sequences - Qualify inbound and outbound leads against ICP criteria - Book and confirm appointments for account executives - Keep the CRM clean and up to date daily

Requirements

- 1+ year of outbound sales, SDR or appointment setting experience - Clear, confident spoken English (neutral accent preferred) - Comfortable making high-volume cold calls - Reliable high-speed internet, quiet workspace and a headset - Able to work the client's time zone hours
