1. About these terms

This site is operated by Sponto LLC, 312 W 2nd St, Casper, WY 82601, United States and Sponto LTD, 20 Wenlock Road, London, England, N1 7GU (together, "Sponto", "we", "us"), which operates across the United States (Wyoming), the United Kingdom (London) and Pakistan (Karachi). By browsing roles, submitting an application or joining our talent network you agree to these terms.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally entitled to work in the location stated in the role listing, or able to work remotely on the basis the listing describes. Some roles may carry additional eligibility requirements, which will be stated in the listing.

3. No employment relationship

Sponto is a recruitment intermediary. Submitting an application does not create an employment, contractor or agency relationship between you and Sponto, and does not guarantee an interview, a placement, an offer or any particular outcome. Any employment or contracting relationship arises only under a separate written agreement with the hiring client.

4. Accurate information

You must provide information that is accurate, current and your own. This includes your CV, work history, contact details, links and intro video. Misrepresentation, plagiarised work samples or impersonation may result in your application being rejected and your data being removed from consideration for future roles.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Submit unlawful, misleading, abusive or infringing content
• Upload files containing malware or attempt to exploit the site
• Scrape, bulk-download or resell listings or site content
• Submit applications on someone else's behalf without their authorisation
• Interfere with the site's operation, security or availability

We may suspend access or remove content that breaches these terms.

6. Intellectual property

The site, its branding, layout, text and graphics are owned by Sponto or its licensors and may not be copied or reused without permission. You keep ownership of the material you submit (such as your CV and video link) and grant us a licence to store it and share it with prospective client employers for recruitment purposes, as described in our Privacy Policy.

7. Limitation of liability

The site and listings are provided "as is". We do not warrant that listings are error-free, that roles remain available, or that the site will be uninterrupted. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Sponto is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for lost earnings or opportunities arising from your use of the site or from a hiring decision made by a client. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Wyoming, United States for candidates outside the United Kingdom and the European Union. For candidates in the United Kingdom and the European Union, these terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Nothing in these terms affects any statutory rights you may have under the law that applies to you.

Disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the governing law jurisdiction described above.
